"A Real Treasure!"

A wonderful and luxurious cottage in peaceful, tranquil and very private surroundings. Fantastic and accommodating hosts, who go the extra mile, even when the car wouldn't start. So welcoming, helpful and hospitable. A great find to which we look forward to returning!

"Fabulous Cottage - already looking to return"

This cottage was a wonderful find. The location was perfect, just a 20-minute walk through the park into the centre of Stratford. The cottage was tastefully decorated and well equipped. The bed was huge and comfortable, the view across the host's quiet garden was lovely, and the Prosecco and gorgeous homemade chocolate brownies on arrival were a real bonus. We met both Peter and Siobhan, the hosts who were friendly and charming.

The location was spot on, visiting stratford race course 10min walk and approx 20min walk into stratford.

Shower cubicle was a little small. Everything else 100%

Welcome pack and brownies were most welcome - thank you. Friendly owners. Great location and accommodation. Lovely peaceful garden. Ideal for us......

Beds were oaky - but we prefer a firmer mattress. Every thing else was excellent.

Outstanding location, absolutely fabulous cottage. Masses of thought has gone into creating a perfect stay. Secure, safe location with parking. Immaculately clean & comfortable. Welcome pack with coffee pods, tea, milk, milk & fizz(!) fresh flowers, brownies. Plenty of dishwasher tablets, extensive cooking pots, pans, utensils. Iā€™m disabled (left sided paralysis) & found the cottage was easy to use although not specifically adapted. Charming host but the cottage is completely private. Although the dogs visit (unobtrusively) they are beautiful, friendly & perfectly behaved & add to the charm of the place

Iā€™m at a complete loss to find a single fault. This cottage exceeded any expectations. Iā€™d recommend it to anybody in a heartbeat especially if you want a cosy hideaway
