Apartment Ivona - beautiful terrace and free garage parking

The wifi was not working

New apartment with two double beds in the bedroom. Apartment had spacious shower and washing machine available.

View from apartment is on construction site that is next door. Also a lot of dust in the terrace that could not be used.

Private garage, safety, terrace, good equipment, location. After numerous business trips, my stay in Zadar was a breath of fresh air. As a businesswoman, security is very important to me, and the location of this apartment in an elite neighborhood completely alleviated all my concerns. One of the major advantages of this place is the private garage. I could go directly from the garage to the apartment by elevator, which was exceptionally convenient. The apartment is brand new and has everything business people could wish for fast Wi-Fi and a fantastically equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances. As a business traveler, a good night's sleep is crucial. The mattress and pillows in this apartment were top-notch, ensuring I was well-rested for my meetings. But what delighted me more than anything was the spacious terrace with stunning views. My mornings began with coffee, while evenings were reserved for working on my laptop with the sunset and the sea breeze coming from the beach, which is just a three-minute walk away. The location is more than ideal. Everything is at your fingertips: shops and restaurants. Walking around Zadar is a real pleasure, and the sense of security and comfort that this apartment provides is exceptional. I am definitely coming back for a family vacation. Thank you!

Everything was fine.

Location quite near to sea. New property. Kitchen with everything. Private garage parking. Modern systems (air condition, ...). Big terrace.

We had only 1 key for 4 persons. Some utensils were missing (like small coffee spoon). The apartmen was cleaned just after our request. There was a new building in progress and a lot of noise was there from morning till evening (excluding of Sunday).
