Política do hotel é servir café da manhã para apenas dois hóspedes por apartamento. No meu caso estávamos em três. Depois de reclamar, abriram uma excessão e nos concederam mais um café.

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was relatively close to the Cincinnati Zoo — the main reason for our visit. The restaurant on the first floor (not managed by the hotel) offered a nice option for dinner without needing to leave the building.

We had a pre-paid reservation via Booking.com that included breakfast. The next morning at the café, we were told we needed a coupon to get breakfast, so we went back to the front desk. Unfortunately, the receptionist said there was no record of breakfast included in our booking. When we showed her our Booking confirmation, she dismissed it because it was in Italian, claiming that their system showed otherwise. After some back and forth, I suggested she use an online translator to verify that "Colazione inclusa" means "Breakfast included". Only then, she provided us with coupons — but to our surprise, they didn’t cover the full breakfast, just a $32 credit toward the à la carte menu. What felt most disappointing was being treated with suspicion despite presenting a valid confirmation. The Café itself, located next to reception, was fine but definitely overpriced, and with limited choice. One morning we ordered a double espresso (not listed on the menu) and were charged double the price of a single espresso, which seemed unusual. Housekeeping also needs improvements: coffee capsules were not replenished the next day, and the used cups were left unwashed, so we had to request replacements ourselves. The carpet and floor also did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. At check-out we had another unpleasant issue. Despite our pre-paid reservation, we were told that Booking.com hadn’t transferred the full amount and were asked to pay an additional $22. When I asked for clarification on the rate in their system, I didn't receive a clear explanation. After some discussion, the receptionist eventually waived the difference, which resolved the situation — but it left us with a poor final impression.

Very modern and sleek

Loved the location, the roof top bar, rooms, it was very quiet. Overall really great, loved it. BUT........

Breakfast was very expensive ( capucino with toast and Jam 18 USD. WOW) . It would have been great to have parking available without having to pay 40 Dollars for it...... (valet). Other than those 2 things, I loved it! Thank you!
