Spacious 3-bedroom home in Birmingham with driveway parking

- the house is lovely - clean all throughout - beds were comfy - my child enjoyed using the trampoline

- couldn't find spatulas or anything so we could use the frying pan, ending up using a fork - no tea towels to dry dishes after we washed them

I was too upset to enjoy after being treated the way I did because of an error it left a bad taste in my mouth when asked to provide documents for the children

It could have been cleaner outside where people have been smoking the house smelled of marijuana the walk way to the house was slanted and had some unsafe slabs to walk on towards the entrance of the property I wasn't impressed with the staff either when I made an error with the kids ages and I was made to wait outside half an hour even after check in and was told to provide personal documentation regarding the children even though I made the booking and provided my personal information.

Local to where working 3 separate rooms plenty of room

Scruffy in areas not very well kept needs some tlc.

The owner demanded to be sent electronic copies of our personal ID documents. I would never agree to send such things to a complete stranger. When I requested to see the owner’s GPDR policy on several occasions this was completely ignored. I will be pursuing this very troubling situation further. Booking.com has been very slow to respond to my enquiry. Clearly the Booking.com platform shares the responsibility for allowing this situation to develop. It needs addressing urgently.
