Spacious 3-bedroom home in Birmingham with driveway parking

The house was absolutely stunning, very clean, and spacious. Beautiful lights around the house, I love the living room light as I needed bright light for my work and had the option the also switch to a different night mode when needed (thanks to host for the clear instructions). The beds were very comfy. Good value for money. Quiet neighbourhood and good parking space for 2 cars. It had everything I needed 😌 Highly recommended.

Stinky carpet in the bedrooms

Host was very nice and accommodating, we had an event to get to around 2pm, he was already at the property and allowed us to hang around whilst it was being cleaned and allowed us to get ready in the property as well. Couldn’t fault them at all

The house was located well for our purposes.

The cleanliness of the house was poor, with grease on the kitchen cupboard handles and a general sense of grubbiness and a horrible smell of cigarettes and vinegar when entering the property. There were absolutely no lamps in the property and the lighting options in the lounge meant either sitting in startling brightness or pitch dark. The sofas in the lounge and beds in the bedrooms were very uncomfortable. The blinds in every room were white and paper thin, meaning sleep wasn’t possible after sunrise. Basic needs were not met, including a lack of tin opener and smaller plates for food. The general feeling about the whole property was that the absolute bear minimum had been done before it being made available on booking.com

The house is very spacious and fits 5 people comfortably

Unfortunately, there is a musty, wet fabric smell as you enter the house as well as in the bedrooms from the carpets. The property is otherwise incredibly clean!

This is a self-catering apartment. The location is alright.

Just one toilet.

The property was very comfortable, the bedrooms were big and spacious. Very beautiful home and felt very safe would 100% recommend.
