Le manque de propreté notamment dans la cuisine (portes de placard…) L’équipement de la cuisine (manque de verres et d’assiettes et poêles /casseroles très usées) L’aménagement du coin repas ne permettant pas à l’ensemble des résidents de manger ensemble (logement prévu pour 6 personnes). En pratique, cuisine peu fonctionnelle.

-Location! It was perfect for seeing sights and in a lovely quiet neighborhood, close to Metro -Dedicated off-street parking -Well appointed kitchen -Great bathroom to bedroom ratio -Generally clean and nice looking!

-Found that a number of lights, electrical outlets, shower drains and the water pressure upstairs didn’t work well at all -Beds were quite saggy in the middle -Had initial issue with the WiFi/App based lock to enter the property and there was no real remedy to the situation for 20 minutes which was less than ideal at 11pm in January when it was quite dark and cold

Very spacious and value for money

The key access was via an app that we could not use as we did not have a US phone number — had to go through several hurdles to reach the property owners who got us to the physical key

Great location (nice neighborhood and easy access to everything), beds were very comfortable, and place was spot-less.

The water pressure in the upstairs shower was quite weak - but other than that, I couldn't fault the place.
