Portsmouth City Centre Modern Apartment - with Free Parking

On the day of arrival I've got very good instructions from the host on how to enter the property. We found it very clean, convenient, with fully functional kitchen and laundry, comfortable and quiet, very secure. A lot of light and fresh air. Plenty of free parking nearby (as the time shows later - a very important feature for Plymouth). The location is very good for both exploring the city atrractions and driving out of Plymouth for great country sites. Highly recommended!

The flat had everything u would need for long stay, well equipped with kitchen utensils, very clean and cosy. The location is great as well very close to city centre and plenty other shops

I was very disappointed with the host communications, it actually ruined my stay. It was hard to get in touch with her I had to call her on my first day arriving and couldn’t get hold of her till the 3rd day. The radiator in the bathroom wasn’t working which was very annoying and inconvenience considering we r in winter season and it was really cold and raining almost daily during my stay. I wasn’t happy that she knew about it saying oh it’s not working since last guest was her ! She didn’t bother to fix it since. I don’t feel it’s fair as I rented the place for 12 nights I jst had to deal with this ! I asked her after she got back to me in my 3rd day to provide a portable heater or something and never heard from her till one night or two before leaving.. very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll book this place again even tho it’s nice and clean but I dnt feel I can trust this host again. Check before booking if she has actually fixed the bathroom radiator And yes there was lots of noises and shouting at night in the building 😑😑😑

The property is light, bright and really spacious. Although it appears to be on a busy street the flat is located at the rear on a very quiet road so it is really peaceful. The kitchen is kitted out well, The bed is comfy and the hosts are really friendly people. I had a really relaxing stay here. There are lots of shops, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance and the free parking is such a bonus!

Good location the facilities was good bed was comfortable everything works in the property

The cleaner didn't clean the toilet,fridge or microwave wave that was my only issue

Not being told new info,e.g. New key code, directions, the day before we travelled, ( at least) I don't have e-mail on my phone, this caused a lot of inconvenient, a bad start to the holliday. We couldn't get the wi fi working.
