3-bedroom home with free parking&flexible bed configuration

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality. The hosts were exceptional, kind, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, especially given our very last-minute booking. Communication was smooth and helpful throughout. The house itself was gorgeous, immaculately clean, and perfectly equipped for the whole family. Every essential was thoughtfully provided, along with a generous array of complementary items. We especially appreciated the welcome pack, it was packed with local tips, must-see recommendations, and practical info that made exploring Harrogate even more enjoyable. The location couldn't be better, peaceful yet close to everything. We all had an amazing night's sleep and truly felt at home. A brilliant stay from start to finish, highly recommended!

Exceptionally clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and had absolutely everything you needed. The beds were really comfortable and the whole house was beautifully decorated.

Fabulous home! What a find! From a really comprehensive visitor-pack following on from useful pre-arrival info from the hosts, to what must be the largest and most thoughtful arrivals-pack, of milk, Yorkshire parkin, Yorkshire crisps, digestives, Taylor of Harrogate ground coffee, and cappuccino sachets, it was an effort to get out and explore! Great location within modest walking distance of the centre, and use their directory for even closer pubs, restaurants etc (The Mucky Duck is the bees knees especially for desserts too.) On-street free parking too - refreshingly accurate description - bonus!

Great location, great communication

The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of good quality glasses and plates, plus the outside table and chairs also came in handy for the good weather. Flexible bedding arrangements so we could all be in separate beds worked really well. We arrived early with food from Cook and supermarket and the lady who was preparing the house very kindly put in the fridge for us, while we went out for lunch.

It would’ve been nice to have a separate toilet but it wasn’t a problem.

Tessa is a great host and goes the extra mile to make sure we was happy and had what we needed.The house is great located and really nice place. I have stayed in this house a number of times and this house has everything and more needed for a stay.
