3-bedroom home with free parking&flexible bed configuration

A fantastic home - nicely decorated, very clean, thoughtful touches. Great location to walk into the centre of Harrogate. Great host, always returned any queries promptly. Will definitely stay there again.

The property was beautifully presented, with lots of lovely touches- a welcome basket, bottles of shampoo, conditioner in shower, plenty of dish washer tablets, milk, tea and coffee, even logs for the log burner. Everything was thought through, Tessa was very responsive and enormously kind over a late check out. She helped make my daughter’s 18th birthday weekend an absolute joy. Thank you so much.

Nothing not to like, a dish drainer would be useful but that is it!

We loved everything about the property, it was clean, well decorated and great facilities. The sitting room was cosy with a pretty log burner. It was a great alternative for a family of 7 instead of staying in a hotel as we sat together instead of in a bar or hotel room. Great communication with the owners, we will definitely return!

The house was immaculate. Lovely personal touches from milk in the fridge to tasty Yorkshire treats to sample. Toiletries and kitchen essentials too! Superb. Bedding and towels were spotless. Beds comfy cosy and everyone slept well. Excellent communication with the owners before our visit to answer any last minute questions. Would definitely reccomend this property to others.

A beautiful house; clean, comfortable and well equipped. Fresh milk in fridge when we arrived and treats left in the kitchen. Good location, ample parking and friendly neighbour. Highly recommend.

The house was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and bedding. Very clean with heating on and logs for the log burner. Lovely little touches from the owners such as a little stash of goodies - biscuits, coffee, popcorn, crisps, milk, along with Eco cleaning and toiletry products. Everything we needed was provided down to dishwasher tablets, tinfoil, kitchen roll, etc. The location was great, a 10/15 minute walk or a short taxi ride for around £4/£5, parking outside the property and shops nearby. We would definitely look to stay there again. We met the owner when we arrived as we were a little early and they were happy for us to enter the property early which was welcomed by us. Lots of useful information in the property booklet too. Thank you.

I don't think anything could have been better.

Fantastic location, ten minute walk in to the centre of Harrogate. Wonderful sightseeing nearby. Amazing house, super clean, lots of lovely little touches and the kids loved the bedroom up at the top complete with fairy lights and a secret reading den!
