The host was wonderful, very friendly and always available. He was there to greet and meet us and explained everything during check in. Even offered us to help with garbage bags 😀. the house was perfect for 2 families with kids. it was very spacious. Everything was available in the house. It was near to the La Spezia central station. Many shops were nearby. I highly recommend this property.

Host is really awesome and very cooperative. Wonderful property with parking available inside for two cars. Host also offered home made wine to us. Overall wonderful property with all the facilities you need with kids.

"Excellent location, great parking, large, clean and secure apartment."

Extremely helpful and friendly owner who walked with us to the station to help us buy tickets to take the train to Cinque Terre. I was allowed to park my car in his secure private parking place and he saw us off to say goodbye at 7.00am.

There are some steps to enter the property which are in good condition and safe and were no problem. But if we were less mobile these would have been a problem.
