Stunning apartment on Perth Rd-mins from City Centre Dundee

A lovely apartment with everything you may require. Near to quirky shops, bus and walkable to most sights of Dundee. Quiet and clean. Thank you, a lovely stay.

The top floor required a long haul for my bag up and down stairs. Not a biggie, but the bedside light was not strong enough to read by.

the location eas superb for me....the rooms and bathroom were clean and well equipped. it was the most comfortable home from home.

Very clean,nice flat,modern,well furnished, great shower, comfortable bed and easy access via key safe. Only thing to mention was that there was not many pots and pans and a great variety of cooking utensils if you wanted to do much cooking. Also the roof work was about to start, which would have been noisy whilst in progress due to being a top flat. Owner had advised it might start and had offered free cancellation which was greatly appreciated, but we decided not to look for other accommodation and we were glad we didn't

Location. A little run down. Neighbourhood Insufficient parking. Dark stairway unwelcoming.

The apartment is perfect, clean and comfortable. The landlady is very kind and was very helpful when we needed assistance.

The flat is on the top floor of an old building , without a lift . The stairs of the building are old and dirty.
