THEY ARE FRAUDS

The day I was checking in, the hotel called me and said their Management sold the hotel etc and asked me to check in their another hotel which we went and it was a place where all illicit activities happening place , unclean and bed sheets with stains , very dirty. The name is PARADISE INN. I was with family and this Paradise INN is not for family. The FAB hotel management is so rubbish that they lied to me about management change. The real fact was they got a full hotel booking for a marriage and they played game with me. Me and my family had to run around for accommodation in the hot sun and lot of mental and physical stress . They had taken advance money and so far not yet refunded, even after promising to give it back. Booking.com should not entertain this FAB hotel and should black list. Now you are requested to compensate me for all the trauma and the loss of money I faced. Awaiting prompt action from your side , so that any legal issue can be avoided.

The booking was cancelled by the hotel staff at the check-in counter.

Room was comfortable and overall it was a great stay. Staff was supportive

Poor dining locale in a dingy makeshift open air underground garage Hot water was not flowing Bathroom should have a glass partition to avoid water splashing all over Bathroom door handle was broken Lamp above shaving mirror missing Took all charges at checkin and mot checkout Minor attention to finishing missing in a number of places

Good location, and fairly clean rooms.

The hotel did not honor the booking.com booking and wanted me to cancel it and book directly with them instead. Leading to losing over an hour of customer care back and forth while checkin. Overall very expensive for what they have to offer.
