The location given to me online was wrong. We had a tough time to get the exact location.Please make corrections in providing the location to guests

Staff was cooperative.

No room choice was given. A small single executive room was given instead of the deluxe room declared against the price.

location and price were good. easy access to public transport and food. check in was quick, rooms were clean. they appear to be done recently.

I had requested for check in at 9.30am and check out at 8.00am next day. the property checkin time is 11.00am, but the room was available. i had no option but to pay half a days excess rent for this early check in by just 90 minutes, which was disappointing. it is there small accomodating things done for guests, which are reasonable enough to offer them free early checkin by an hour or 2, if a room is available that earn hotel good names and value from guests point of view.

Breakfast was good but can be of more variety. Atleast include eggs (boiled eggs, omlette, half fry etc) , Toasted bread. Priperty surrouding walk around on main road is not so great since it is main road and there is garbage dumpyard on opposite side.

U confirmed the room by booking .com but they refused as they are overbooked
