It was clean and convinient.

I have given points off for black Linen. I could not be certain they were clean and had not been used by someone else. I would suggest white linen it takes dought away. There should be a mop to wipe the bathroom when one has shoered so thay the next person does not find a wet floor.

Convenient location. Met needs adequately. Great communication from owner.

Bed was squeaky

When we are enter the room the bed is like 2 single bed together and we sleep the bed is was broken but we manage ans slept they ask us to pay the broken bed it's already broken it's unfair

Good location

- the metal bed was extremely creaky and made a loud noise with every movement so we couldn't sleep the whole night (I have a video of the bed but not able to upload it in here) - heating wasn't on when we arrived and was switched off at 2 am that made the room terribly cold (January, minus temperatures and expected snow outside) - no proper parking space - property inside dirty (bathroom, entry room, kitchen) - unpleasant smell in the kitchen (especially the fridge) - properly doesn't look welcoming from the outside - no towels provided on our arrival - no information about check in provided I repeatedly contacted Booking.com and the property to make a complaint but there was no reply from the property at all.

Location is quite complicated!
