Cosmopolitan Studio - chic getaway in a fancy neighbourhood

The location is fantastic. The place is really cousy and it is well equiped. Wifi works very well. The heating system was really helpfull in the cold winter. A lot of storage space.

The shower need a courtain. The bathroom door it was kind of stuck and it was really dificult to close. The bed sheets was kind of small for a couple.

Siamo stati molto bene presso questa struttura, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, c’era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno… anche la zona era molto bella, centralissima e vicina alla metro.

Very cosy, nice aircon with heating, perfect for short stay and nice to have fridge and cooking area. The bathroom was a bit out dated, but was fine.

Just bathroom, as no shower closure, and after bathing the water came through the drain soaking the floor, but it was not that much of an isssue, they provided enough towels

On the one hand, the host was nice enough to suggest leaving our luggage before the arrival time. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable to some extent. The kitchen area had all the necessary equipment and everything you might need for a short stay, such as cleaning products, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.

On the other hand: -There was a large bottle of shampoo, but no soap was provided (not a big issue, but worth mentioning). The bathroom had a hole in the middle of the floor, which at first seemed fine. However, after taking a bath and unplugging the drain, water started leaking out of this hole. It felt like a small fountain of used water in the middle of the room. As a result, after taking a bath, I had to clean the entire bathroom because the water was everywhere, which was quite unpleasant. -In addition, the apartment had an old hot water boiler, so if several people want to use the bathtub, you have to wait for the water to heat up again. -The heating does not work; there is only an air conditioner.

1. Главное - инженерные проблемы с ванной. Слив неисправен, поэтому нет занавески в ванной: чтобы можно было увидеть как льется вода на пол. По этой причине не закрывается дверь ванной (паркет на полу у входа в ванную весь поднялся). 2. Нужен ремонт: стол на кухне не закреплен, всего одна чайная ложка, и в целом страх что сломается на кухне что-то. Не работал обогреватель в ванной комнате и там было холодно всегда. 3. Отопление не включается, есть только кондиционер. Нет свч печи. Это странно. 4. Шумные соседи. Когда они приходят, то очень сильно ударяет дверь.
