Byla nefunkční televize a i po okamžitém kontaktování hostitele nebyl problém za celý pobyt vyřešen.

Idealne miejsce na zwiedzanie. Bliskość dworca , przystanków autobusowych i starego miasta, bardzo pozytywnie wpływa na aktywny wypoczynek.

Beautiful apartment, the photos do not do it justice. The facilities are outstanding, even the sofa bed was comfortable. Great location especially if you are travelling by train. Would definitely stay again & recommend it to anyone.

Location of the apartment, it was really close to the central station. The apartment is fully equipped. You have everything that you need there.

Pillows were too high and it wasn't that pleasant experience to sleep. We had issue with the power socket whike using the iron. The plug got stuck in the socket and we had trouble pulling it out.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The location is really strategic — just next to the central station, making it super convenient for early transfers to the airport. Plus, bus stops to places like Alberobello and Matera are on the same street, which was a huge bonus for exploring. There are also plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, and cafes nearby, so everything you need is within reach. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the city center and about 15-20 minutes to the old city or old port, so you’re close to everything without being in the thick of the tourist crowds. The apartment itself was clean, well-kept, and fully equipped, which made it a very comfortable stay. The remote check-in/out process was easy and convenient. I especially loved being able to open the doors using my smartphone; it felt hassle-free, plus you don't have to worry about carrying keys around. Although I didn’t meet the host in person, he was very attentive and sent messages daily to check if we needed anything, which was much appreciated. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with excellent service!

The location is superb as we were making day trips almost every day by bus and train. After a long day the proximity of the apartment is a plus. And supermarkets are all close by. The square in front of the apartment and nearby park are all brightly lit at night. Plus the train station too, making it very safe. Much appreciate the additional coffee capsules provided. The apartment is nice and comfortable. For those taking bus to Alberobello the bus stop is right at the corner. The signage all face one direction so you need to walk and look back. But bear in mind although bus is almost at the doorstep you still need to be early because of the crowd of passengers. And this is spring and others had to stand. Can’t imagine summer!! Why they can’t increase the buses is beyond comprehension.

We stayed for 7 nights but only provided with the standard welcome kit consisting of 20ml of shower and shampoo each. That wasn’t enough and it would have cost 10euro to replenish!!! That’s a bit petty, considering their generosity on coffee capsules. No offer of towel change. Looks like the longer stay is a disadvantage. You need the app/internet to open the building door but apartment door doesn’t work. Luckily there is a code to open the apartment door. A microwave would be good. Also need to request for rubbish bags too considering we had to dispose garbage ourselves.
