"Just about perfect, will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area."

Really high quality, very comfortable and spacious room with large en-suite bathroom and pretty outside terrace with seating. Located in a lovely quiet, rural location. Excellent breakfast and very friendly, helpful host. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, clean, and very comfortable room. The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming, which made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. The room was tastefully decorated and finished to a high standard, with very comfortable bedding. The homemade breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the desserts were a lovely touch.

Breakfast was a good option when I had them. Liked the location. Easy parking. Scones cream & jam in fridge on arrival was an a nice bonus. Nice Host.

"Perfect little hide away!"

We absolutely loved our stay at White House Farm! Sian is a wonderful host, really friendly and great communication throughout. The room was immaculate, plenty of space but also felt super cosy and luxurious. I didn't want to leave! Not to mention the stunning breakfast Sian brings to your door each morning - really tasty fresh food that set us up for the day! Thanks for having us, we hope to come back again soon :)

Loved the beautiful room very spacious lovely & clean with a comfy bed a great place to stay to explore the north yorkshire coast,we had jam & cream scones left in the fridge for us on arrival which were delicious, tea ,coffee milk & water in our room,good choice of breakfast which was delicious too.The host sian was very welcoming would highly recommend this lovely B&B you won't be disappointed
