GBWell located house in a quiet suburb of the city. Small area of Shops and local bus stops nearby.. property was clean and warm beds were comfortable but slightly on the hard side.
Please can the owner put a second bedside table in each bedroom.. At the time of our visit there was only one in each room and I had to put my things phone etc on the floor.
GBThe bed was very comfortable, the shower powerful and everything in the kitchen was quite new and very clean. Overall, it was a good place to stay for B&B.
It might be helpful to have a key box for easier check in. And a few more kitchen utensils would be useful for those who need to prepare a meal.

The water for having a shower and bath was far to cold.

Would have been nice if the garden had been planted and had a swing/trampoline/something of interest for the littlies, maybe a swing garden seat for everyone to enjoy
GBGBGBSally, the host, was lovely and the house itself was clean, spacious and just right for what we needed. Great location to for all the places we visited.
Some things in the kitchen were lacking (no baking tray for example) which made cooking a little trickier.
