The apartment feels very run down and in need of some attention. The decor is depressing, with plastic plants, scuffed walls and bright white overhead lights. The mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable. The tap in the bathroom didn't work properly, and we ran out of toilet paper in the last morning.

The flat needs a good spruce up. Very tired and a bit grotty in places despite a good effort from the owners to have it well presented.
GBThe location was good for the SEC. The kitchen was well equipped. Parking was good.
The key code to get the keys that was sent prior to arrival was wrong - TWICE! This caused a huge issue and almost an hour trying to get in when we were due to be working. There was a smell of smoke in the apartment. There were no instructions about how to use the shower, what the wifi code is (It's on the side of the fridge!) etc.
GBGBGreat location and surprisingly quiet, given where it was. Enough room for 3 adults and 2 dogs comfortably for an overnight stay.
The arrival instructions need to be clearer. The barrier for the car park was locked when we arrived and no instructions on where the key was. Fortunately found the second key box at the back door, which had the key for the barrier but this needs to be on the pre arrival info - if we had arrived late / in the dark, would have been very difficult to find. Another small thing is that it would be really useful to have some coat hooks in hallway / towel hooks in bathroom.
