"Clean comfortable and pleasant staff .I will stay again"

Very clean and new suite of rooms.Bed very comfortable and plenty of hot water.I looked at many hotel reviews in Hyderabad and found them very mixed so I decided on these suites.Near a famous restaurant, Paradise and not too far from two metro stations .I will certainly stay again.

If I was going to do any cooking the kitchen was rather bare,these was enough for me with kettle and toaster and refrigerator.

"I booked Triple suite but they gave me double suite"

It’s a new property and all the facilities were good

I’ve booked for a triple suite for better comfort but they’ve given me a double suite as I’m a single person. Then what’s the purpose to select preferred room in booking.com? And the charges what I paid for triple suite is higher than double suite. They simply rejected by saying “we give double suite for single person” Very disappointed.
