Maison 53 Incantevole appartamento vista Cattedrale di Como

Cosy apartment in a great location

Ruim appartement met goede voorzieningen. Prima keuken en douche. Goede bedden. Fijne locatie vlakbij station en oude centrum. Goede communicatie met host over de toegang tot het appartement.

Jammer dat juist die dag de lift in reparatie was. Zes verdiepingen met een koffer trap lopen viel wel tegen. Gelukkig was de lift de tweede dag weer beschikbaar.

Das Appartement war mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. So konnte man sich selbst versorgen. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, geräumig und bequem. Sie lag ca. 300m entfernt vom Bahnhof S. Giovanni. M.a.W.: ideal gelegen für Bahnreisende. Mari, die wir vorher telefonisch über unsere Ankunftszeit informiert hatten, erwartete uns schon vor dem Gebäude. Sie übergab uns die Schlüssel, führte uns ins Appartement und erklärte uns alles. Sie hatte für uns Verpflegung für einen Tag und eine Flasche Sekt bereitgestellt. Auch später war sie immer telefonisch erreichbar und half uns wo erforderlich. Bei unserer Abfahrt war sie leider verhindert (wir hätten uns noch gerne bei ihr persönlich bedankt); so deponierten wir die Schlüssel im Kasten und auf dem Eßtisch. Leider haben wir Marco nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Aber er wird sicher genauso sympathisch und hilfsbereit sein wie Mari. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank an Euch beide ! Wir können unsere Gastgeber und ihre Wohnung nur bestens empfehlen !!

We had a lovely new years stay at Maison 53. The apartment is in a great location just outside the old walls off the Como . It was clean, comfortable & so cozy and warm . The views are wonderful from the bedrooms and the living room - especially at this time of year with all the festive lights on the Doumo & the Porto torre . Mari & Marco were fantastic at communicating- & explained everything in great detail it was a shame we didn’t get to meet in person but appreciate how lovely they were . They were wonderful hosts and left a few little extras for us in the apartment. Thankyou . I was worried the apartment was going to be a little small for our family of 5 but for 5 days it was actually perfect . Just to add - be mindful it is on 6th floor but they do have a small elevator - you wouldn’t get the perfect view though if you wasn’t on the 6th floor !

It wasn’t that we didn’t like anything but - we did have small issue with hot water in the shower - they have a lovely big boiler but it struggled to keep a shower hot for more than 10 mins some days This would not put us off returning though just something which we couldn’t get right for us .

Centraal gelegen en toch rustig. Alles op loop afstand. Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed contact met host.

Airco kan vrij veel lawaai maken. Ventilator op kinderkamer niet aan gehad in verband met geluid ervan. Zoeken naar parkeerplek.

Muy bien en general

La ducha. No me gustan las que solo tienen la salida superior si no te quieres mojar el pelo. Además no desaguaba muy bien. Aunque no es nada grave y es lo único que creo que se podría mejorar. Todo lo demás perfecto
