Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung , gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Es gab sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk ;)

We are a family of 4 with children aged 12 & 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 3 nights @Masion53 when visiting Lake Como. The apartment is located centrally and only a few minutes walk to train stations (Como S. Giovanni and Como Lago), the Ferry stop, shops and restaurants. It has been recently refurbished and spotlessly clean with stunning views of the Como Duomo and the city centre overlooking the living room balcony. It has all the amenities that a family would need to make themselves home - comfortable beds, kids’ room, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, board games etc. Mari and Marco are fantastic and considerate hosts. They shared detailed instructions about the property, its access and amenities even before we arrived at Como. We were warmly welcomed by the wonderful snacks, drinks and gift left for us. We really appreciated their attention to detail in stocking up with all the essentials that the guests would need like utensils, oil, salt/pepper, washing up liquid, dishwashing tablets to name a few. They live in the same floor and were very approachable and available for any queries and info. They kept checking on our well-being and shared details about the local area - places to visit, eat and buy that were extremely useful. Maison53 would be our first choice to stay when we plan a visit to Como again.

Loved the apartment itself and the location which was a very close walk to restaurants, Lake Como and ferries and the furnicular.

Nothing negative to report. Marie and Marco were excellent hosts, met us on arrival and made us feel at home.

Die beiden haben uns alles ganz zackig erklärt und immer mal wieder nachgefragt, wie sie helfen könnten, sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch auf unsere Whatsapp Nachrichten haben sie stets blitzschnell geantwortet und haben uns die Informationen zukommen lassen, die wir brauchten. Danke!

Da haben die Gastgeber*innen nichts dafür, aber wenn man in der Nacht im grösseren Zimmer schläft und das WC gespült wird, ist die Wasserleitung extrem laut.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the train station, bars, restaurants and shops, with a lovely view of the old town. Mari and Marco were very welcoming and friendly. Apartment had everything that we needed for our stay.
