Basic hygiene and hospitality were poor. Towels, bed runners were dirty on arrival. Upon requesting a new clean glass the next day, the staff ignored the request twice. On the 3rd time, the receptionist argued why I needed a clean glass, and the caretaker complained again while providing a clean glass The bed is very short and uncomfortable, and advertised amenities like the electric kettle were missing.
