The View, Kingsand, luxurious seafront penthouse apartment with sun trap balcony and incredible sea views

The apartment is well set up and has everything you need, even for a longer stay. Right in the middle of Kingsand, so close to everything.

The stairs up and down to the cottage are very steep and narrow, as are those up to the bedroom level - so be prepared for that. The fittings and furnishings are quite chic and even a little rustic, occasionally to it's detriment - for instance, the divan bench seating is quite uncomfortable (and there isn't an alternative) - not at all good if you have a bad back like me!

Would be good if there was a hoover/sweeping brush as we like to keep to tidy with the dogs. Very minor downside to a lovely stay!! (Found a dust pan but not easy doing a whole apartment lol)

Wonderful location, really lovely place, would recommend as summer venue. Local pubs were really good. Loved watching the early morning sea swimmers.

The hob didn't work and the instruction manual didn't help. We went in February so didn't expect it to be warm but it was very cold. Would have been nice if logs has been included in the price as we had to purchase them.

Really nice property, nice weekend get away. Right by the sea a few pubs and a coffee shop on the corner. Lovely views would definitely stay again.

The walls are very thin so you can hear the other stayers. We were in the top apartment with two floors, which has quite steep stairs so if you struggle maybe choose the apartment below. Shower is in the bedroom and the toilet is on the first floor of the apartment.
