Wildwood Retreat Indoor Pool Hot Tub Game Area

The location

It was one of the dirtiest vacation houses I have ever stayed in when trying to report everything that was broke or completely disgustingly dirty. I reached out to the number they left us sent them all kinds of pictures. They said there was no one that could help me they had no office. There was no one I could talk to and management and then they blocked my number on the customer care number where I couldn’t respond or send anything else. The house was filthy. There was a literal feces on our toilet, dirty towels with the clean towels, food in the microwave and so much more the dishwasher was broke the washer and dryer hardly worked. The pool room floor was split on the concrete and uneven very bad hazard there was fake marijuana plants all through the house of what was supposed to be a family vacation home charged me $400 for cleaning fee and not one thing in the house was clean refuse to refund the cleaning fee back hands-down, the worst vacation experience I’ve ever had in my life, not to mention the breaker flipping on us every five minutes every time we tried to cook or swim, and not one person and management spoke to us we will never be back

The cabin is perfect, super comfortable and very beautiful.
