A little far from tourist attractions but it was also the charm

I had a perfect stay, easy to find and very close to Ortahisar center. The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with prior to my stay. The kitchen staff was so friendly and thoughtful, they remembered what I ate for breakfast the day before and managed to customize every meal to my liking. The room was spacious and spotless, I felt right at home from the moment I walked inn. The facilities were excellent and the view was spectacular. I would come here again.

Ontbijt had beter gekund. Weinig keuze. Geen water of jus te zien. Je moet alles aan het personeel van de keuken vragen maar die verdwijnen telkens terug in de keuken en zijn niet te zien.

Sehr nettes Personal,super freundlich. Unsere Dusche ging kaputt und wir bekamen sofort ein neues besseres Zimmer.

The hotel is poorly built. While the intention behind the design and concept seems to be luxury, this is not achieved. Instead, the attempt to appear modern with “smart rooms” using Alexa falls flat. Dear owner, before offering Alexa, you should first ensure that the basic standards of luxury are met. The room lacked essentials such as a functional shower head, soap, a kettle with coffee, and even a simple door separating the bathroom from the rest of the room. The large empty spaces with no purpose are wasted areas that could have been planned far better. The use of heavy dark curtains throughout—even in the shower—is nonsensical. To make use of the space, you were forced to draw the curtains, leaving the room completely dark with insufficient artificial lighting. The same issue extends to the facilities. The pool, for example, may look attractive from afar, but on closer inspection it is poorly executed with substandard materials.

Le lieu idéal pour un séjour en Cappadoce : à proximité (entre 5 et 25min) de toutes les vallées, mais dans un village au calme loin de l'agitation et de la surpopulation touristique et avec une vue imprenable. L'hôtel est plein de charme, tant la chambre que les espaces extérieurs. C'est l'espace idéal pour se ressourcer. Le personnel est très serviable, et l'ensemble des services proposés comme le petit-déjeuner, sont au top.

Superfijne ligging met zicht op de vallei voor wie Cappadocië wil verkennen maar toch in een rustige en luxe omgeving wil overnachten. Kamer met alle luxe en comfort en prachtig uitzicht. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk. Personeel super vriendelijk. Top service.
