Raport corect pentru pretul platit. Locatia este in regula. Gazda este de ajutor. Accesul in locatie extrem de facil. Este un magazin LIDL chiar langa bloc.

La sosire nu am gasit pernele pentru toate persoanele, dar gazda ne-a adus imediat.

Amabilitatea proprietarului

Lenjeria din dormitor era rupta. Nu era lenjerie de hotel. Era un cearșaf negru, cu ceva par de animale pe el. Lenjeria din sifonier era uda. Impachetata, dar uda leoarca. A trebuit sa o uscam înainte de a o folosi. La fel si prosoapele. Nu erau de hotel. Erau in culori închise si ude. Împachetate pe pat, însă nu puteau fi folosite. In ciuda acestui aspect, ne-am bucurat ca au fost spălate înainte. Papucii lipseau. Am cautat pana am găsit la Mega. Mizerie pe jos. Bobite de animale, fire de par de animale, ambalaje, hartii, un miros greu, de umezeala, de mizerie. Aparatul de cafea nu a putut fi folosit. Era foarte murdar si avea un fir de par alb de pisica sau caine. In baie, pe marginea căzii, am mai găsit un oaspete. Un gândac rătăcit. Probabil de pe holul etajului, unde au fost văzuți frații lui.

Foarte frumoasa cazarea. Ne-a plăcut mult, am avut tot ceea ce avem nevoie (expresor de cafea, cuptor cu microunde, obiecte pentru igiena etc). De asemenea, personalul a fost deschis cu noi și a putut să se adapteze la programul nostru (le mulțumim pe calea aceasta). Apreciem apa din frigider mai ales pe momentele aceste călduroase. Este relativ aproape de Arena Națională, zona foarte safe, nu am avut parte de nici un eveniment urat (având în vedere că veneam la cazare la 4-5 dimineața). Aproape Lidl ul, aerul condiționat genial funcționează. Am avut la cazare banane, sare, zahar, cafea, piper, ustensile de bucătărie (oală, tacâmuri etc). Am beneficiat de prosoape, papuci de casa etc.

O mica propunere sa se înnoiască așternuturile de pe pat. Sunt puțin uzate și nu stau pe saltea, ceea ce nu e tocmai confortabil. De asemenea, atunci când vine un grup de persoane (4 in cazul nostru) o rola de hârtie igienică nu e tocmai suficient,la fel cum nici o plapumă la 4 persoane nu e tocmai suficient. In rest totul bine și frumos .

Absolutely nice apartment, for a couple we were very comfortable on the sofa bed and happy, it has all the facilities and very good location, with a supermarket just outside the complex, and also the bus stop was just opposite! We will deffo stay again, absolutely loved it! The host has also agreed, at our need, to extend the check out time, but there was no need from our side, in the end! ❤️❤️

Just some little suggestions, they haven't affected our stay very much, but they need addressing: 1) we cannot sleep together as a couple, as my partner snores and we both cannot rest, if this happens all the time. Therefore, it was crucial for us for 1 to sleep on the sofa, and another in the bedroom. Well, the sofa is very comfy, but the noise from the fridge freezer that starts every few minutes apart, this makes it very difficult to fall asleep. That's all... 2) the bedroom door does not shut gently unless you slam it a bit, to be able to have it properly shut, again, I couldn't have left it open, as I would have risked to hear him snoring. No major concern. 3) The mosquitos in the summer in Romania are everywhere, and we do like to leave the PVC doors tilted and some air to get in, something that is impossible in the bedroom, as there's no net to protect against the mosquitos. 4) the bed in the bedroom has got a very thin mattress and I ended up having to sleep only on the sofa, and left my partner in the bedroom (whereas other times we try to make it fair for the both of us and we do swap every night) for the last week, as I do have scoliosis and it affected my back loads. As I initially stated, nothing that has had a major impact on our stay, as the landlords are absolutely exceptional people and I think this is, by far, one of the best apartments that we ever had, in Romania (and we are staying with rent all the time when we go over there, few times a year, every year)!
