Royal Deluxe Platinum Marrakech Premium Pool View

-Amazing host, so friendly and always available to answer any questions and help us out -Very nice apartment with good air con/heating -lovely balcony -Kitchen area (quite) well equipped -Sunrise on the roof :) -Nice pool area, very clean. Although the water was too cold in November! -Netflix -Thick blankets provided was chilly evenings

-The bed was a little hard -Ensure you arrange to meet the host before you arrive -The building works were quite loud

The location

The mattress was really hard, no toilet tissue in the bathroom struggled to sleep and the pool was cold

Nothing

They stopped me from going home, even though I paid money and everything. The reason why is I had a guest and I didn't tell them this and that's a lie. I told them TWO DAYS before I came that there was a guest with me and to send this guest's national card, I had to meet him first, so after all this, when we met and I wanted to tell them about the guest, I didn't get any answers from them, I was prevented from going and I didn't get my money back from them, and that's my right.

Needless to say, the view from the balcony on the pool and nicely kept garden. We used the pool a lot and had a good time. The apartment h as d s as good size for us (family with 2 under 10year old kids)

Due to the building construction, it was a bit noisy (doors, and steps from neighbors). Also there are a lot of cameras on the facility, so you feel Kind odd of watched. Could be a good thing regarding safety or bad thing as mentioned

the property was great, very clean and safe and the view is very beautiful
