Clean and tidy, well equipped

Period property that has not been renovated well nor sympathetically. The property is not of the quality as described or reviewed. The shower did run consistently alternating between hot and cold. Settee has stains. Fridge was damaged. Crockery for three. Lots of cables trailing all over and holes everywhere. It is VERY definitely not a 9/10 property - it is 4/10. Look at photo of living room in this review and then on website - hard to believe they are the same place!. If the group is a stag do wanting somewhere to crash or contractors wanting somewhere to stay and avoid cooking then fine. But not somewhere to take a family expecting a bit of luxury or finery.

The property is lovely. It's spacious and well-maintained. Has a downstairs bedroom which was ideal for a multi-generational family trip. Excellent location too. Host was helpful and accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. All in all, a great experience. We'll definitely return.

A guide/instructions about where things are and how to use appliances would be helpful.

Can accommodate a large group, has all the basics

Lacks toiletries, shower is average, old furnitures, far out from town. Massive pot hole in car park covered with a big slab that’s a total hazard. Questionable neighbours that loiters about. Noisy road but can’t close the windows because it’s quite dusty and stuffy.

Everything was really good. It was easy to contact them. Place is very spacious and well arranged. Only minus is that they should concentrate on their deep cleaning a bit more. Other than that its really worth it
