GBLocation Nice and comfy
The outside area needed a tidy up
GBLocation was great being in the centre of town and easy walking to amenities. Also surrounded by beautiful contryside
view to the rear ie surrounding properties were run down but once inside it was a nice accommodation.A small problem with the heating which was resolved by the hosts and attended by an engineer the following day to reset so good response

upon arrival, had been missed off cleaning rota. contacted Hannah, who fixed it immediately. when we came back it was spotless. Response to issue was exceptional

Getting to the apartment is not a pleasant experience, down an alleyway with derelict/ poorly maintained properties and very uneven underfoot

Electric fire place was broken and welcome message didn’t note this.
GBNo Heating put on before we arrived as it was very cold. Double bed badly placed between to walls, making it very difficult getting out of bed ( we are in our 80’s) and therefor no bedside table. Couch very uncomfortable, and not as shown in picture. Several small steps inside, makes a tripping hazard.
