ITThe place is very cozy, and Mark is an excellent host! We had a great time chatting with him and staying there. It’s easy to reach the Metropolitan line Watford station, which can take you all the way to Baker Street and King’s Cross. And it’s only a 10 minute drive from the Warner Bros Studio Tour. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely come again.

GBThis room was amazing! The location was fabulous. The hosts were so lovely and extremely accommodating. I couldn’t believe how peaceful the area was, I had the best sleep I’d had in a long time. The bed was so comfortable! Only 5 minutes from the motorway and you honestly cannot hear a thing! The house was so clean. I couldn’t recommend it more!

GBReally lovely and friendly place! Owner went the extra mile and offered to take us himself to the harry potter studios when we were running late. Room is very cosy with an adorable Hogwarts theme with good facilities. Deffinqtly reccomended!
GBWarm welcome, super friendly host with lovely family. Clean warm cosy room, clean bathroom, easy parking and such a relaxed and chilled vibe. Offered drinks on arrival and complimentary toast and tea in the morning. The hosts Mark and Fon are wonderful genuine people. And it’s superb value for money for the area.
No negatives for me. At the price you can have no complaints.

GBGBStayed at the property for 2 nights, it was clean and tidy, with an off street parking space, and the hosts were great, friendly and helpful, definitely wouldn't hesitate to come back here! :)
