It is good for family stay.

The cleanliness, Bathrooms has hairs stucked so the water was clogged. Mirrors are not poperly clean. Drawers had some stinky clothes from past guests (main bedroom). Cabinets and cupboards are poorly clean. Cooker exhausts has very thick dust. My mum fell on one chair at the dining area the chair legs are wobbling.

The property was really nice and clean. They have some Card Games, Scrabbles, basketball and the VideoK which my Husband really enjoyed! The Staff were very prompt in answering all my queries and assisting us with the help of the Caretaker. Thank You!

The property was far from the town proper and if you don’t have your own transportation you will be stuck in the house and just the Clubhouse- Swimming Pool & the Beach. Because I did not read the fine prints, we didn’t bring Groceries- for our Food consumption. We thought it’s accessible to grocery stores and restaurants by walking. I only knew that we’re supposed to bring our own Water, and if we want to barbecue, we have to bring our own charcoal. The good thing was that the Driver that picked us up at the airport at brought us to the Property, was very kind to offer us to go to the nearest store and buy our food. My Brother In law & wife came the following day and drove us around & brought us some food. I would like to acknowledge & commend , Ms. Angeline, the Caretaker for offering her assistance and brought a few groceries for us before our other family members came. We truly appreciate her! Thanks so much Ms. Angeline! We didn’t realize that it was a Residential property in a Gated community.

Villa is new as well as the Subdivison, Pool & Beach at the Clubhouse is easily accessible

AC in Master's bedroom is leaking with water Far No convenience stores near the villa/location Number/s given not reacheable Bugs - don't leave the windows or doors open

The house was spacious

Beach was extremely dirty when we got there; restaurant was always out of stock. Unfortunately, we went there for the beach; which wasn’t really usable.
