Castle Ph11 Penthouse with Balcony, Free Parking, Pool, Tennis, Beach Access

I like the fact that we didn't have to leave the hotel for anything.

The pool was out of service and know one told us ,we found out on our own.

It is a large apartment with a wonderful view of the countryside (it's a shame that there is still a high-rise building opposite, but from the end of April you can enjoy the sunset on the balcony), 2 bathrooms and beautiful furnishings. The equipment is high quality, the kitchen appliances are of good quality. It has the most complete accessories I have ever seen: Beach toys, loungers, portable air conditioners, ... Normally I would say 10 stars, perfect.

If it wasn't for the pricing policy. On Booking.com it was listed for 300$ for 2 nights - if you book then there is an additional 192$ final cleaning fee. And for 192$ it was too dirty! Not disgusting, but there was dust under the beds, crumbs in the shower tray, smudges on the glass table, the doilies were sticky, the corners in the kitchen hadn't been wiped, there were still bits of candy wrappers in the bin.... I realize that something like this can happen during the stress of the high season. But for 192$ a cleaning service could clean for many hours. The relationship between price and performance is not right here, which is why I only gave it 5 stars overall.
