GBNice and spacious everyone had their own space and The tv is a really nice feature (if it worked, I stayed twice in two weeks and the same thing happened both stays). The grey decor throughout is nice and was good for the children.
I had requested check in time however was stood outside the property waiting with the children and had to contact again, also there was no toilet roll in the property and host did say he would come back and he didn’t. Both times we have stayed the tv has stopped working and when I contacted host regarding the Wi-Fi there was no response, so we were kinda left without. This property could be cleaner. The main issue was the toilet wasn’t cleaned and the rubbish hadn’t been emptied. I wouldn’t of said it was a hygiene hazard but there were still things from our previous stay 2 weeks prior that really should’ve have been cleaned. The man was nothing but polite on both check in times however just feel lack of customer service affected this stay.
