CZLocation, facilities, space inside. Just a lovely apartment close to Zion. By far the best accommodation on our roadtrip.
The fridge was a little noisy in the night.
USWe enjoyed our stay very much. The basement apartment was very nice. You didn't feel like you were down in a hole. And it smelled nice! Too many places we have stayed in have had odd smells or a dozen air fresheners that were overpowering. It was decorated with the owners collections and very beautiful quilts on the wall and master bed. It is located right at a trail head for a fun and easy hike down to the Virgin and LaVerkin River. Payment was reasonable and there were NO added fees aside from cleaning fee which was a bonus in my eyes! Definitely be staying there again.
A washer and dryer would be a nice addition.
