4 Bedroom Cottage with panoramic Harbour views

The house is cosy and has a nice view out from the window. The facilities were great as well.

The bed linen was not properly cleaned and stains can be found on it. Luckily we found extra ones and replaced them immediately.

The property is in a fantastic location , getting up each morning and looking out on the harbour was beautiful , it was so easy to walk into Falmouth each day for the shops and restaurants. Falmouth is a lovely town and being so close was fantastic. There are four bedrooms but I would say the two single bed rooms would be good for kids , one room has two singles and one has a single and a bunk bed The place was very clean and communication from the owner was good we didn’t cook so not sure about the facilities for this Shower was good but we didn’t use the big one as you had to put the boiler on for that one They have an iron , ironing board , hair dryer , each room has a little dressing table which is nice , the beds were comfy A parking space is provided in the garage The parking space in the garage is available , other cars need to find a space out on the main road , we went in a busy month so as you can imagine parking was abit tricky for our second car but they did manage to find a space each night they were young so didn’t mind the walk back to the cottage

The only thing I can see as an issue for people is the accessibility , to get your cases to the cottage you need to carry it upstairs , also to walk to town there are stairs to negotiate , for us in our 40/ 50’s with teenage kids it was fine but anyone with mobility issues would not be able to stay here , there are steep steps inside the property too , you would have to watch young children The walk back from Falmouth kept us fit each day There’s nothing bad I can say about the property

The property was lovely, everything you could need in the property. Very clean and if we had any issues the owner responded straight away.

The pictures of the property misled you. I was under the impression that the property was the one in the pictures, but it wasnt. It does not state that this property is not suitable for people with mobility problems. I took my parents and they struggled due to how many steps. We left early due to this.

Wonderful views over the water. Very well appointed. Comfortable beds. Very peaceful. Great location. Very comfortable for two couples or a small family.

Showers a little tricky to get used to. Couldn't find where to dispose of rubbish at the end of our stay. Condiments and soap/shampoo would be a nice addition.
