A localização é excelente, com muito comércio perto e acessível a pé. O apartamento tem todas as comodidades necessárias.

A casa é um pouco fria e o ar condicionado faz o quadro ir abaixo rapidamente. São necessárias novas frigideiras porque as que existem já estão muito desgastadas pelo uso.
