L’emplacement est bien , à côté des malls. La vue est sympa. Communication facile avec l hôte . Check in /check out facile.

L’appartement est basique sans aucun charme . La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer ( sdb et frigo sales ). La piscine était sale et aucun transat. Prix cher pour les prestations .

The pool wasn't well maintained. Lots of pigeons in the area which were swimming in the pool leaving behind excrement.

Great facility, has AC in all room including the living hall, has water heater in both bathroom, wifi using 5g available but speed not best here. Comfortable bed and can easily fit at least 8-10 adult person per stay. Has include many towel in each room, really appreciate the thougfulness of the owner. Easy check in and out, clean room with nice ocean view and minimal sound pollution. Parking near to entrance and need to minimal climb stair to get to lift. Walking distance to Sogo and KTCC mall. Room has dispensable water heater only and ambiance temp drinking water with capacity of about 6L. Has nearby restaurant and open 24hour. Has swimming pool at 5th floor large pool about 1m depth suitable for 7years above, small pool suitable for all age, about 0.3m depth I think. Has playground for kid. The most important is price very cheap for last minute booking. Reachable for Foodpanda order.

Washing machine and microwave not available however got 2 dobi nearby. House size a bit smaller as seen from photo but that is fine to me.
