Charming apartment in a red house in Stockholm

the location was clean, quite close to the train station and the supermarket, the host always helped me when I asked for help

although the apartment was clean, we had spiders that don't know where they came from. The toilet bowl moves (must be fixed). and more towel rails

Everything in the house is great, basically your flat is located in the ground floor and the owner is living in the first floor, that is very good just in case you need any help, but your flat in the ground floor is totally independent from the rest of the house, you have your own bathroom, bedroom, living room, also an outside private grass garden with a sofa. In the living room you have a sofa bed that is enough for an adult person, I am 6’1 , 185 cm high and was good for me. You have a flat smart Samsung TV in your own living room, that allows you to set up your account of Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc and enjoy your movies in your language… There is a beautiful lake very close to the home, like 8 min walking, the lake views are amazing, and adorable ducks Very very good accommodation.

The house was a perfect decision for our 3 days visit to Sveden. Outside of the city, beautiful and calm neighbourhood. The commuter train is just a few minutes away, ideal for daily visits to Stockholm. The flat was very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely garden, with apple trees. I would choose it anytime for longer stays as well:).

Location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the train station. The owner and the staff were all very kind and welcoming. The apartment had all the necessary essentials and were clean. The internal court was beautiful and specious.

Central location, easy check in, easy parking

Unclean state of apartment (dirty dishes in dishwasher, dirty kitchen, makes you wonder about the state of the bed sheets)... Made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The space was also quite dark

- close to city center (18min by SL trains) - very kind and helpful host - equipped household - wild deers in the garden (saw them once, which was a touch of nature) - value for money

Nice apartment with all you need. Clear and fair communication with the owner.

We were bit cold in ground apartment in March (-5 degrees Celsius outside). We didn't ask for additional heating since we were there only for one night, but owner can provide you with solution if you ask. Slippers can be useful as well (we didn't bring them with us). The cleaning was also not 100% perfect (the fridge was dirty with rest of foods) but nothing which would stop me to book the apartment again.
