The apartment was very clean and roomy. Thew location is fabulous.

The doona was quite inadequate for 12 degrees at night. We don't like sleeping with an air conditioner on. A toilet seat was unattached. There were no instructions for the washing machine.

Horrible smell in the apartment. Booked for five - no blanket for the fifth.

The property was clean, had spacious bedrooms and was in a good location. It had a lift and 2 bathrooms which were very handy.

It was a very comfortable stay for our 5 nights here. The apartment is approximately 10 min walk from main station and 3 min walk to city center. Check-in was smooth, and access to the building and apartment were keyless. The building itself has a lift (though tiny) to access the apartment sitting on the first floor. The apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room faced a quiet piazza which has weekend market. Setup was simple yet practical. Equipment was generally sufficient. There was a power problem which the owner responded quickly via WhatsApp. It was not our first encounter of power problems in Italy so we didn't see this as a problem specific to this place 🙂 P.S. there is a very popular pizzeria right opposite the apartment. We just waited (warm and comfortably at the apartment) until the queue cleared up to walk-in 😆

Not exactly a problem but good to improve... There was shower gel provided but It would be better to place some hand soap or hand wash on the bathroom sink as well. Coz essentially we needed to take the shower gel from the showering area each time we wanted to wash our hands 😅

Location, location, location! Modern & recent renovation to the apartment. November car parking was not a big issue.

No physical keys required- but this is a plus as most rentals require heavy metal in your pocket - just use their link!

Location was perfect, close to everything. And the apartment was perfect for a short stay with the family.

Being located in the very center, it is very loud from the outside :( but if you want to be a part of the night life and the parties than this is the right place! If you want to have a good night sleep, maybe take your earplugs :( No other negative moments! Everything is great otherwise!

The location was FANTASTIC, super central, close to gorgeous shops and restaurants, moments from the Cathedral, the covered market, and all the action - Really perfect. The apartment is spacious and super-clean. Great bathrooms and showers (so nice to have two bedrooms AND two bathrooms, both with loos in them). Very comfortable beds and, despite being so central, we were undisturbed at night and slept extremely well. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was clean and felt quite new.

It's quite tricky to find the place when you first arrive. The door entry system is good once you get the hang of it, it is on your phone...... a little disconcerting to start with. In our view the apartment could use more comfortable furniture and creatuire comforts. It is probably super-cool in the summer with big rooms, a tiled floor throughout and excellent mosquito screens on every window. Very little natural sunlight comes into the apartment, the main room faces north and the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the sides. However, we were there in the autumn, so some rugs, an armchair or two, curtains, table lamps, occasional tables, certainly a coffee table, and warmer lighting etc. would have been welcome. That said, I queried this with Erica in advance and she kindly put a rug on the tiled floor in the sitting area which made a lot of difference. She was so helpful and receptive throughout.
