[Gewiss Stadium] Luxury Apartment With Terrace

All was excellent, there was all things that was mentioned in the description, air condition system worked really well, and there was small surprise in fridge, there was iced ice cubes, that was really nice.

Easy access to Cittá alta. There are supermarkets around, good location

ATTENZIONE: It is on the third floor and it was not indicated on the description of the apartment. My 84-year-old grandmother had difficulty going upstairs each time we had to go out.

Communication was perfect before and during our stay, we received information how to check-in and where to find the keys. The host Giorgio was very friendly and communicative, he answered quickly on booking.com. He offered us to check-in earlier. The building is in a nice and quiet street, the airport bus stop and Citta Alta are about 15-20 minutes on foot. There are 2 supermarkets within 500 meter. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without lift. It is quite spacious and has a balcony overlooking the patio. It was clean and mostly quiet. It was well-equipped without a washing machine but we didn’t need it. It has 2 air conditioner units. Wifi worked well.

There was a huge wardrobe in the bedroom, but it was fully packed with bedclothes and other things. I suggest to make some space for the guests to store their clothes and belongings during their stay. The bed in the bedroom was too soft and uncomfortable for us, but there is a harder sofa in the living room where you can sleep if necessary. The fridge should be cleaned more often because it was a bit dirty. There are some air condition machines in the patio so there is always some humming noise when you open the windows.

The locaton is good. Near the center, convenient bus connection. We walked to the old town in 15-20 minutes.

In the bedroom there are old mattresses. Prone and bent over. The sofa is uncomfortable for sleeping in the living room.

Apartment is huge, location is perfect, a lot of good restaurants/caffès nearby, close to the city center, bus station next to the accommodation, host was really nice and responded to all messages very quickly
