Our apartment was located on the first floor, so very easy to get to especially when the lifts were not working.

Staff working in the building were very hostile. At arrival we were given little to no information about our stay. We had no internet connection at arrival and we literally had to beg the staff to call the host to get it sorted. We did not appreciate the request for payment during unsocial hours. We had security bang on our door at 5 am in the morning claiming they were instructed by the host to collect their money, when in fact this should have been done at the point of arrival. Also, as a host you need to prepare adequate change for your customers in return if you are only requesting cash payments. The security man named Christopher stole our money due to the fact that he didn’t have change.

All satellite stations and WiFi worked perfectly.

There is a crack on the wall that I think attention needs to be given to it to get it fixed.(see picture attached)

WiFi and satellite tv worked perfectly well. All satellite stations were absolute viewable! Enjoyed!

The host was good

There was no cleaner.. and i felt i could have been given more information during checkin i.e. where to dispose rubbish considering the bins were quite small and no one came to collect it.
