Wspaniałe warunki mieszkalne. Miejsce garażowe. Każdy pokój z klimatyzacją. Każdy pokój ma swój telewizor. Dwie łazienki. Winda w obiekcie. Pelne wyposażenie kuchenne. Ogólnie, co komu potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków, można znaleźć. Polecam.

The apartment was fantastic for our family of four, Mum and Dad, plus 18 and 21 year old boys. Thanks to Ryanair we arrived 30 minutes early! No problem, a quick call and we were met with the keys and shown the apartment. The weather when we were there was mid 30C, so air con in every room made a huge difference, but the 20 minute walk to the Old Town was too much in the heat, but using Ubers for 5 euro door to door was super easy. We even Uber'd to Nin for 16 euro, way easier than the bus. The supermarket was a few minutes walk away. Beaches are close by with the lighthouse 30 minutes walk away in more conducive temperatures.

Because of the heat, sitting on the balcony from 3pm to around 8pm (we were there end June), was impossible because of the sun. Not sure if there is a solution with a blind or awning.

We were a group of six people and had a great stay here. There are three bedrooms with AC and TV in each - one with two singles and two 1.60m double beds. Big living room with big sofa and table for the group. Two terraces with enough space to sit. Electric roller shutters and mosquito nets on all windows. Two bathrooms, also one washing machine. Even nice welcome wine was available.

The apartment itself was top notch and clean. The furniture was comfortable and nice. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditionings worked well. The host was easily reachable by WhatsApp for questions. There were many great restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. Some of our best meals were at the restaurants near the aplartment instead of in Zadar's Old Town. The portion sizes were HUGE and the foods were amazing! The host allowed us to have 2 car parking spaces for our large car. The host was also flexible with our checkout time. We selected Zadar as a base for our day trip to Plitvice Lakes National Park, which was a highlight of our stay in Zadar. We selected the 4pm time slot, which turned out to be the best time to tour the Park because it was much less crowded and the ticket price was reduced. We were able to complete Route C in 2.5 hours, leisurely. We stayed at the apartment for 6 nights.

The location of the apartment was not within walking distance to Old Town Zadar, but since we had a car, this did not bother us. The apartment did not have a microwave, but it had everything we needed, including laundry detergent and toiletries.
