It was clean. The facilities were good.

The light in the living room wasn’t working and the TV in the room allocated to us wasn’t working.

Misrepresentation of facilities as it was advertised if booking more than two rooms, whole unit fully private. It was NOT the case as we received permanent tenants in the house already. Misrepresentation that is it kids older than 6years friendly, as our family with twins of 11years were booked on different floors in the house. Facilities were not working and broken like dining chairs and both TVs. Other guest viping in the shared kitchen while cooking, bath was dirty with black bacteria on bottom and sides of bath used as the shower, none of our 2 rooms TV worked as rhe remote batteries were flat and after replacing the batteries at own cost, the owner and Staycasa, handling the Booking we need to log in with our personal account while the error message indicated your TV is not part of the household account. The facility was advertised with TV. We also received free parking at arrival as no other guest used the parking, but the key provided was not in the kitchen cupboard, and none of the other keys in the house could unlock the parking space. The owner informed us to park at any other place, but when we returned from the supermarket, our parking space was taken, and we needed to park in the street. Please advertise this apartment correctly as it dont have free parking as the keys are not available. A refund for 2 rooms for 3 nights was requested, but we received only a voucher for 1 night for 1 room from Bookings.com. With this misrepresentation, it can be viewed as fraudulent, and a full refund is required.

Communication from staff, location, easily accessible, transport routes close by.

Some of the other guests were up late and loud. And on one of the morning, they're were playing music loudly before 6am for half an hour. But these are things I can live with, no fault in the accommodation.

You could walk from the centre in 20 minutes

The room was tiny, we were given a 3/4 double bed instead of a full size double, the place clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time with pubes on the floor in the bathroom and blood on the wall. The worst value place I have ever stayed, I felt like such a mug knowing how much I had spent for a night.

The security of property was nice. The response of team of host is available as I wanted which was good for me.

Everything was good for me so no complains about it.

Location was fine, a 10 minute bus ride into centre but not much in the area

No place t hang anything, towels too small, too noisy, bathroom facilities poor, no mirrors, very basic and overpriced

I mean if anything this place is somewhat cheaper than other house shares of a similar nature. The security was good. Code to get into the building and into your room. The Tv in the room worked fine and the downstairs toilet always seemed pretty clean. The other guests were friendly and cleaned up after themselves for the most part m.

I first noticed the cleanliness. The room wasn't in a state but under the bed was filthy and along the bottom sides of the wall. The sound proofing in room 1 is non-existent. Could hear everything from the room above me and the hall outside. Area wasn't fantastic either. I felt safe but it is very industrial. Any cooking done in the kitchen fills the first two floors. Was never expecting this place to be 5 star, but for what it cost me I was disappointed.
