Luxury home beach apartament in Split, Croatia

faltam cabides e espaço para colocar as malas de viagem ,não cabem no quarto casal, colocámos no hall entrada

Odlicno opremljen stan ,na super lokaciji-mirno a opet blizu svega. Cisto , kao da ste kuci ,svaki detalj dostupan. Vlasnici ljubazni i susretljivi. Definitivno dolazim opet :)

The property itself was very nice,modern & well eqipped & the hosts Silva & Grgo were really very helpful. The apartment is on the ground floor with only 3 steps so not to worry about lifting your luggage. I had rented a premium luxury car & I was worried about the parking. Grgo helped me find a safe place for my car. There is one washroom with shower & WC & there is an additional powder bathroom which has a WC (no shower) which will be very helpful for a family. Location is also very convenient 2 mins walk to the beach & 10 mins walk to the main prominade of Split.

Well the building in which the apartment is located was looking quite old on the outside. That is only on the exterier(outside) look. Once you step inside the apartment u will love it.

Great apartment within 5 minutes walk of the beach, and less than 10 minutes walk into the old town. The apartment was perfect for us (family of 4 with two teenagers). Everything was very clean. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen is well set up for eating in, if wanted. There were flyscreens on all the windows which was great as it meant we could open the windows when we were in the apartment, rather than using AC all the time. The owner was very responsive with very clear instructions about check-in. She also gave advice on parking options in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly use this apartment if we were in Split again.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, in a quiet residential neighbourhood, yet a short walking distance away from the beach, the port and the old Town. The host was great and very responsive. Great amenities for a longer stay.

Need some patience finding a free parking spot.
