Spacious 3 Bedroom Apartment in Prime Location

It was central, and well equipped other than no fans that worked in certain rooms, which were unbearably hot!!

Next to the pull out camp bed, there looked as though there was a duvet, this was clearly not! It was a fitted padded sheet draped in blood! I contacted the company to be informed this was dirty laundry! Then why want it removed. There was no proper duvet for the lounge in the sofa bed, even though hot, we had to leave door open, so the person in this bed would’ve got cold in the night. My husband slept on the sofa for 3 nights!! The parking space was a different kettle of fish….i drive a big 4x4 and after several attempts, was not going to fit around the corner to the parking space without damaging my car! We paid for parking at The Crowne Plaza Over

Good Location and Clean....

There was a terrible smell from ensuite downstairs got worse when the shower was on upstairs, we were unable to sleep in this bedroom for 2 nights, I had to put a towel with alot of detergent oover the drain to try and stop the smell after 2 nights sleeping on the sofa I needed a nights sleep. very disappointed

Chaotic admin. Joining instructions not sent till 9.30 pm day before arrival. Instructions messy - looked like 2 different properties combined. Lockbox not identified - had to try different boxes to find right one. Property not ready. Had paid for 1pm arrival but not ready till 4.30pm. Central heating not set correctly -was set to auto but time/date wrong - had to set it to manual as it was off during day but flat out overnight. There are other things but don't want to complain too much. Overall impression was that place being run by well meaning amateurs new at the business.
