"Nice Little House to keep as a base while your out and about"

Great Central Location. Spacious Bedrooms. Room for 2 Cars on the Drive. Big Kitchen Diner. Enclosed Garden Ideal for our Dog.

Livingroom a little small, needs a 4th Seat and a Lamp.

"Comfortable and well positioned for hospital visits"

Really close to Russell’s Hall hospital. Well equipped kitchen. Soap and shower gel in bathroom. Soap, washing up liquid and tea towel in kitchen. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board also in the property

No instructions for central heating. Had to work it out for ourselves

"Clean property, fine for 2 night stay"

Property was very clean and location good for my purpose and quiet. Beds were comfy and there was off street parking. When contacted, host was very pleasant

Only 2 seater settee plus one chair. There were 2 double beds, but if there had been 4 of us staying, there were not enough seats in the lounge. Could only get TV to work on one channel. Bare minimum in kitchen and garden very unkempt. Tap in bathroom also poor. Would have been nice to have some information on how to use TV, and places to visit etc. Just not very welcoming compared to other properties I have stayed in.

Owner was helpful. We arrived at 21:00 and they answered the phone straight away to give me the access code. As it had not come through on the app. I suspect this was a glitch as I had brought my arrival date forward 1 day and the code arrived the following day.

No dislikes it served the purpose I needed it to.
