"A Hidden Gem!"

Absolutely super. Comfy beds, fluffy towels, tea/coffee facilities. We particularly liked that oat milk was provided as well as ordinary Milk. Particularly well placed for visiting the Lantern Theatre. All in all, lovely. Thank you!

"Thought expected a B&B without the breakfast - then was offered a breakfast too!"

Room had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable enough, the toilet and shower worked well, and there was a nice selection of tea and coffee + fresh milk, sugar etc. My kids loved it, TV had a good selection of channels, bottled water provided too and towels, personal soap, shampoo etc.. just exactly what we needed! - side note that we were offered a continental breakfast too - very reasonably priced and again just what you need - not too much and not too little.

I personally didn't have the best nights sleep, but I'm not the best sleeper.. my one constructive criticism was that the pillows were way too big/ high.. I guess it's personal preference but yeah too much for me. My kids seemed to sleep well (I just took the pillow away for my 4 year old).

"Great for a budget stay, within easy reach of Sheffield"

Comfortable and roomy bedroom, with plenty of towels and toiletries. Had a minor issue with hot water on one evening which was sorted quickly. Great for a stay in Sheffield as it’s a very quick walk into the city, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff.

"Extremely welcoming host, loved our dog 🐕"

Kate is welcoming and very friendly x Loved our dog, and made sure she was comfortable x We were very impressed with the room, and the beds are so so comfortable x The area is very quiet, so wasn't too hard to get to sleep. I would have given the score as a 10+, we could stay longer than the check out time, as I explained the builders hadn't finished on our house. We will b staying there again, if we have to move out for building works x

There wasn't anything to dislike at all x
