Хозяева дружелюбны.

К сожалению, было очень грязно. Возможно, владельцы занимаются этим бизнесом удаленно и проверяют чистоту только по фото-отчетам. Кондиционер не работал на обогрев, было холодно. При ремонте застройщик сильно экономил, это бросалось в глаза (окна протекали, двери скрипели, шкафы были сломаны и тд)

"Die Lage ist nicht zu empfehlen , wirkt wie Ghetto aber die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt."

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstatung der Wohnung zufriedenstellend. Man hat alles was man zu täglichen Gebrauch braucht. Schön eingerichtete Wohnung.

Leider die Lage hat uns etwas entäuscht, Ocean Park wirkt wie Ghetto. Viele Menschen auf einem Fleck. Man hat auch das Gefühl das diese Menschen abgeneigt und gegen Urlauber was haben. Nicht wirklich freundlich. Es gibt 2 Pool Anlagen. Die eine ist überfüllt Menschen und die andere überteuert wenn man als Gast nutzen möchte. Wir werden Ocean Park nicht noch mal buchen.
