Lovely one-bedroom attic in an ancient village

Beautiful little apartment with everything you need for a short stay. The host was very kind and helpful. The location is little bit outside from the city with sporadic bus connection. You can walk to the city but it's quit a hill. However I really recommend if you want to explore Bologna and surrounding areas. Thank you Virginia!

Contactless check-in And very Good contact with the owner. The apartment is really lovely And you feel there like at home. There is a trattoria in the neighbourhood. We spent there very nice time. It’s situated on a hill, far from a Center, but it’s nice walk or you can always can try to get a lift what we did twice during our stay. Thank you V.!

Awesome views and lush surroundings

Didn't have a microwave oven and cutlery was zomewhat scarce

-The woman was kind and friendly. Communication was good. -The check-in was good. Having the keys from a box.

-The shower head was falling down. The siphon was blocked and it got flooded around the feet. The water came out of the bathroom. The shower cabin was tiny. -There were no curtains on the windows in the bedroom and the bathroom. -And I don't really like the smell of old furniture. -The city center was far away. Going down the hill, then going up. And there is no place to walk, you should walk on the street where cars and motorcycles are flying.

Everything was great! Value for money accommodation.

Location is a bit far from the center, but we knew it and that wasn't problem for us!!

I really enjoyed my short-lived stay in the one-bedroom attic. In particular, I loved the layout of the apartment (with the visible wooden beams and open concept living room). The decorating style of the host is equally impressive! The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bologna, in a small yet charming village. It is located right beside a local restaurant with delicious traditional Italian cuisine, and there was plenty of space on the street to park my car. The village itself is historic, calm and quiet. A great way to experience local culture. The host was very communicative, informative and open to answering any questions I had. Thanks again! I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking to spend some time in a quiet area, especially those traveling with a vehicle.

I was 100% satisfied with my stay. That being said, I was traveling by car. I assume that traveling by bus takes a bit longer (but there is a bus stop right beside, in the center of the village).
